Create the account: on the sign-up page, enter a username, email, and password (at least 8 characters, avoid common passwords). You can also sign up instantly with Google — the email links automatically.
Verify email: open your inbox (check Spam too) and click the verification link. This step is required to unlock advertising features and receive transaction notifications.
Complete your profile: update your full name, phone number, and display language (Lao, English, or Vietnamese). An avatar and address make your profile card look professional when exported from the profile page.
Security: enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via email in the Security section — a code is required when signing in from a new device. Login history is available under History to spot unusual access.
